In collaboration with The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Microsoft, the USTTI will offer webinars on Wednesday September 23rd and Thursday September 24th that tackle licensing spectrum for wireless services and an overview of spectrum management.

The session on September 23rd with the FCC will cover the FCC’s guiding principles when it comes to the management of spectrum access, examples of licensing models, descriptions of the FCC’s rules on the transference and modifications of spectrum licenses and how the FCC transitions spectrum bands. The discussion will include case studies and extensive examples.
