FCC Webinar September 29th – “Effective Spectrum Management: Making Law & Technology Meet”

In cooperation with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) the USTTI is proud to present the webinar – “Effective Spectrum Management: Making Law & Technology Meet.”. This webinar will take place on Tuesday September 29th at 10:00am EST US/14:00 UTC Time.

The description for the course is as follows:

Under the United States’ bifurcated spectrum management system, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulates non-Federal spectrum use and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) regulates Federal government spectrum use. Because the FCC and NTIA were created at different times and operate under different rules and procedures, there are different legal principles and processes that guide how each agency operates. The presentation offers an overview of these legal elements and discusses how they can work together with engineering and technology considerations to produce effective spectrum policy decisions.

Participants are encouraged to ask any and all questions in the Q&A. The presentation team will do its best to cover your inquiries and help further advance your education.

All participants are required to register in advance. To do so please follow the link below.
