USTTI Announces 22-200: “Managing Effectively in the Changing Telecommunications Environment”

22-200: Managing Effectively in the Changing Telecommunications Environment (July 25-29, 2022) – Boulder, CO

This one-week course will cover the management challenges related to the changing telecommunications environment. Regulators, executives, and managers responsible for general management in developing international organizations will find the program appropriate in building their management skills and increasing their knowledge. Through discussion and activities, the program will focus on (1) effective management techniques, (2) the telecommunications climate, (3) sustainable value creation, and (4) efficient operational decisions. This intensive program will discuss and provide insights into the nature of ongoing technological changes and regulatory reforms, specifically, how they impact the overall business climate. The course is appropriate for regulators and managerial level telecommunications staff. It is not appropriate for telecommunications staff without management responsibilities.

This course will feature guest lectures by University of Colorado professors and top executives with in-depth knowledge and understanding of management techniques, marketing, sustainability, telecommunications regulation, data science, digital transformation, innovation management, and operational decision-making. The course’s lead instructor, Dr. Gabor Molnar, will also be present each day to provide additional insights and to tie the lectures together. The course will also incorporate company visits as part of the program to ensure that participants gain practical experience firsthand how the theories are put into action.
