USTTI and GCF Announce Training Dates and Seek Applications
The United States Telecommunications Training Institute (USTTI) and the Global Cybersecurity Forum (GCF) are pleased to announce the 2025 dates of the ‘Empowering Women to Leadership in Cyber’ training program.
With programs to be conducted in the United States and Saudi Arabia, the trainings will provide emerging female leaders with: leadership strategies; the knowledge they need to oversee and manage cybersecurity operations; the skills to develop a culture of cybersecurity within the context of a developing economy; the tools to reduce leadership barriers; and a community of female cybersecurity professionals that inspires and educates other women about the role they can play in cybersecurity.
Training Dates:
The first two trainings will be conducted in the United States (June 16 to 30 and September 8 to 19), and the third will be held in Saudi Arabia (September 28 to October 9).
Who Should Apply:
Women in mid-management, management position, employed in the public or private sector of a developing country who are, or will be, seeking to work in the cybersecurity sector are encouraged to apply.
The “Current Position and Work Experience” section of the Application for Training must clearly describe the applicant’s educational background, professional experience, achievements, and job responsibilities. Additionally, candidates should focus on the “Applicant Training Goals” and “Training Implementation Plan” sections of the application, as these sections are critically reviewed.
