The United States Telecommunications Training Institute is proud to announce the 2025 USTTI-FCC Spectrum Management in the Civil Sector Webinar Series, beginning on Tuesday, May 6th, at 10:00 a.m. EST. The webinar series will run every Tuesday and Thursday from May 6 to July 17. Participants will be required to register on ZOOM to gain access to each webinar.

This course is designed to provide information and context relevant to the national civilian telecommunications spectrum system. Topics include technical procedures, case studies, equipment authorization, licensing, spectrum allocation, and other relevant areas.  Each webinar will feature senior staff from the FCC in Washington, D.C., and Columbia, Maryland. Participants will be encouraged to ask questions to help them understand, interpret, and evaluate the content being presented.

The first webinar of the series, entitled “Allocation Considerations and Methodologies”, will be delivered by Ira Keltz, the FCC’s Acting Chief Engineer and Acting Chief of its Office of Engineering and Technology.
