Upcoming USTTI – FCC Training Webinars

Upcoming USTTI – FCC Training Webinars

In the United States, The Federal Communications Commission regulates interstate and international communications by radio, television, wire, satellite, and cable in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and U.S. territories.  An independent U.S. Government agency overseen by Congress, the Commission is the Federal agency responsible for implementing and enforcing America’s communications laws and regulations.

Through webinars on February 9th and 18th senior officials from the Commission will share information about how the FCC was created, how it is organized, and how it interacts with Congress and other Federal agencies in meeting its goals. The sessions will also address the agency’s statutory authority to regulate in a number of areas, including wireline and wireless telecommunications, broadcast and cable television, and internet access.

Like previous courses, participants will have the opportunity to not only listen and digest the information from presenters, but also ask questions in the Q&A section.

All participants are required to register in advance. To do so please follow the links at the bottom of the page. When registering please put your country of origin, the default is United States of America.
