5000th Graduate
USTTI Founder and Board Chairman Ambassador Michael R. Gardner (left) presents a special diploma to the United States Telecommunications Training Institute’s (USTTI) 5,000th graduate, Banzragch Luvsanchimed (right) from Mongolia’s Communications Department. Ms. Luvsanchimed, a frequent Mongolian Delegate to International Telecommunications Union (ITU) Conferences, attended the USTTI’s 1998 senior-level sequence which consisted of courses sponsored by Booz Allen & Hamilton, Inc.; Price Waterhouse LLP; Federal Communications Commission (FCC); and the Nebraska Telephone Association.

Concert’s Graduation in 2000
Fourteen senior communications officials attending Concert’s course “Marketing Global Telecommunications Services” are joined at a festive graduation dinner hosted by USTTI Board Member Cathy-Ann Martine (center), President of the International Carrier Services of Concert (a global venture of AT&T and BT) and the tireless Jackie Robb (back row, fourth from left) AT&T’s Chief of Protocol, Mike Koch (back row, center) Director of Economic Analysis & Cost Allocation at Concert Global Network Services Ltd., and Brit Blakeney (standing, far left), USTTI Senior Curriculum Coordinator. Concert received 169 applications for its popular course, which focuses on examining market demands, global connectivity, and e-commerce. Cathy-Ann Martine represented founding USTTI Board Member Company AT&T from 1998-2000 and currently represents Concert on the USTTI Board of Directors.
