Fred Matos
USTTI Chairman Michael R. Mr. Matos has been tireless in providing NTIA’s essential spectrum management training. The U.S. Department of Commerce is a founding Board member of the USTTI and has graduated more than 365 senior communications officials over the past 18 years. The Honorable Gregory L. Rohde, Assistant Secretary for Communications and Information currently represents the U.S. Department of Commerce on the USTTI Board of Directors.
